Games Like Cambio, Cabo, and Skyjo You Can Play on iPhone (2026)

Disclosure: I'm the developer of DEKÜ, one of the apps below. I've tried to be straight about what each app does well — this family of games deserves more players, whichever app gets you in.
TL;DR: If you want the classic tabletop rules digitized, Cabo – Multiplayer Card Game and Cambio – Card Game both do it well. If you want the same memory-and-swap core but with special-card sabotage, bluffing, AI opponents at multiple difficulty levels, and extra game modes, that's what I built DEKÜ for (free, iOS). Skyjo itself has no official app — the closest are golf-style apps and, for the hidden-information feel, DEKÜ.

What is this family of games?

Cambio (also called Cabo, Pablo, or Cactus), Skyjo, Golf, Rat-a-Tat Cat, and Archduke all share one idea: your cards sit face-down in front of you, you only get to peek at some of them, and you race to end the round with the lowest total. The tension comes from imperfect memory — you think you know your grid — plus swap and peek effects that keep changing reality under you.

What about Skyjo and Archduke specifically?

Skyjo (Magilano) has no official mobile game as of mid-2026 — only scorekeeping companion apps and unofficial golf-style implementations. Archduke (Stellar Factory) has no mobile app at all. If what you love about those games is the tension of hidden cards and reading opponents, DEKÜ is the closest thing on the App Store; if you want exact tabletop rules, the physical games remain the way to play.

Why I built DEKÜ instead of just cloning the rules

The classic rules are great, but digital versions of them can feel like solitaire with extra steps once everyone plays optimally. DEKÜ keeps the memory-and-swap heart and layers on special cards built for player interaction: sabotage, protection, information warfare. Add AI opponents that scale from casual to brutal, grids you can size from a quick 4 cards to a veteran 9, and modes (CHAOS, RISK) that remix how often the crazy stuff happens. Skill is rewarded — tougher settings pay out more Ünits. Games still finish in minutes.
